As you already know, taking before and after photos, a long with weekly measurements is compulsory to be in the draw to win the Challenge!!
To help you out, we have created guides for both in the links below.
You must take measurements of your neck, chest, arm, waist, hips and thigh. Once you’ve taken these measurements on a Sunday, please add them into the Qetoe web app.
A big part of the Challenge is taking a ‘before’ and ‘after’ photo, so at the end of the 6 weeks, you can see your progress and just how far you’ve come!
The Challenge comes with a Qetoe Monitor which you will receive in your Challenge box. The monitor also comes with a web app, which is how we collect the information about your progress through the Challenge.
To help you get set up, we asked the creator of the Qetoe monitor to put together some instructional videos to show you how to set up and use your account for the challenge, how to use the Qetoe monitor and also a pdf guide which includes tips on how to get the best reading.
