Meet Jenny, mum of 4, Ultra Lite practitioner, pilates instructor, and owner of enCore Fitness Centre and Pilates Studio.
Jenny’s career blew up after marrying her love for health and fitness and work. Believing that exercise should be enjoyable and about balance, not extreme, Jenny works to improve peoples health on a day-to-day basis through pilates course, Xtend Barre, TRX, Boxing and Gravity and our scientifically proven weight loss program, Ultra Lite. Jenny’s success has seen her featured in Australia Leisure Magazine. We spoke to Jenny to find out a little more about her story and why she chose the Ultra Lite program for her business.
“After I had my children, my post-pregnancy weight just wouldn’t budge. So, I decided to get involved in group pilates and exercise classes. Through the classes, I discovered my love for exercise and healthy eating. During this time, I also began the Ultra Lite program. Starting the Ultra Lite program in combination with my exercise classes, was what finally helped me to lose that stubborn post-pregnancy weight and see results.
Before you know it, it was time to return to work. But, I didn’t want to give up my new found passion for health and fitness yet. This was when I realised, my love for exercise and work could be married together. Soon after, I opened enCore Fitness Centre and Pilates Studio. Now I have built a business of beautiful dedicated regular clients who put in the hard work day in and day out. For me, the most rewarding part of using the Ultra Lite program is when my client’s come to me and express how empowered they now feel to keep the weight off. Weight loss is the initial goal, but long-term maintenance and a healthy lifestyle are key.To those people out there who might be feeling hesitant towards a lifestyle change, don’t be.
