Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
2. Melt butter in a saucepan or pan. Add chicken for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan/pan (including chicken sachet/stock) and fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and stir through water, bake covered for 45mins, checking every 20 minutes to see if more water is needed.
