Instructions
- 1. Hard boil both eggs in boiling water for 4-6mins depending on how you like them cooked.
- 2. While egg is boiling, cook bacon on a non-stick pan until crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then chop into pieces.
- 3. Chop avocado, capsicum, red onion.
- 4. Add all ingredients into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
