HOW QETOE WORKS.

 
 

STEP 1 : Your body will always burn carbs first before it burns fat. This is because carbs can be turned into energy much easier and quicker than fat. Fat is considered by the body as a ‘Stored’ fuel, which mean is for emergency only.

 

STEP 2 : After you have either gone for a huge run or been on a low carb diet for a couple of days, your carbs level drops to a level where your body will start to switch over to your fat storage.
