Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 120 g Chicken Breast
  • 125 g SlimPasta - Angel Hair
  • 30 g Chinese Cabbage, shredded
  • 30 g Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 60 g Baby Spinach
  • 40 g Green Capsicum, diced
  • 100 g Bean Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander chopped
  • 20 g Spring Onions, chopped
  • 50 g Almonds, crushed
  • 15 ml Flaxseed Oil
  • 15 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Steam or pan fry chicken breast until cooked through, set aside to cool and then slice.
  • Prepare SlimPasta - angel hair according to packet directions.
  • Combine all ingredients together and then pour over flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar.
