 120 g Chicken Breast
 125 g SlimPasta - Angel HairSlimPasta available from Health Food Stores and selected Supermarkets.
 30 g Chinese Cabbage, shredded
 30 g Purple Cabbage, shredded
 60 g Baby Spinach
 40 g Green Capsicum, diced
 100 g Bean Sprouts
 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander chopped
 20 g Spring Onions, chopped
 50 g Almonds, crushed
 15 ml Flaxseed Oil
 15 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

Steam or pan fry chicken breast until cooked through, set aside to cool and then slice.

Prepare SlimPasta - angel hair according to packet directions.

Combine all ingredients together and then pour over flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar.
