Ingredients

  • 120 g Beef Mince
  • 1 Ultra Lite Beef Sachet
  • 40 g Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Water
  • 120 g Fresh Spinach
  • 120 g Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions

  • Using a non stick saucepan, spray with cooking spray and cook garlic and onion until transparent.
  • Add beef mince and cook until browned, then add tomatoes and stir to combine.
  • Add water, beef sachet and spinach and cook until spinach is cooked through and stew has thickened.
