- 120 Rump Steak, sliced
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove crushed
- 60 g Bok Choy halved
- 60 g Snow Peas sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated thinly
- 5 ml Salt Free Soy Sauce
- Heat a wok over a med-high heat.
- Add oil and stir fry the beef, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes browning well.
- Add the vegetables, stir fry until they are vivid green.
- Add the soy sauce and toss through.
