Ingredients
- 60 g Bok Choy (halved)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (fresh, grated)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 120 g Rump Steak (sliced)
- 60 g Snow Peas (sliced)
- 5 ml Soy Sauce (salt reduced)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a wok over a med-high heat.
- 2. Add oil and stir fry the beef, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes browning well.
- 3. Add the vegetables, stir fry until they are vivid green.
- 4. Add the soy sauce and toss through.
