Ingredients

  • 60 g Bok Choy (halved)
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 120 g Rump Steak (sliced)
  • 60 g Snow Peas (sliced)
  • 5 ml Soy Sauce (salt reduced)

Instructions

  • 1. Heat a wok over a med-high heat.
  • 2. Add oil and stir fry the beef, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes browning well.
  • 3. Add the vegetables, stir fry until they are vivid green.
  • 4. Add the soy sauce and toss through.
