  • 120 Rump Steak, sliced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove crushed
  • 60 g Bok Choy halved
  • 60 g Snow Peas sliced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated thinly
  • 5 ml Low Salt Soy Sauce


  • Heat a wok over a med-high heat.
  • Add oil and stir fry the beef, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes browning well.
  • Add the vegetables, stir fry until they are vivid green.
  • Add the soy sauce and toss through.
