 120 Rump Steak, sliced
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 1 Garlic Clove crushed
 60 g Bok Choy halved
 60 g Snow Peas sliced
 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated thinly
 5 ml Salt Free Soy Sauce

Heat a wok over a med-high heat.

Add oil and stir fry the beef, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes browning well.

Add the vegetables, stir fry until they are vivid green.

Add the soy sauce and toss through.
