  • 1 Low Carb Wrap Empower foods
  • 1 Eggs fried or poached
  • 1 Slice bacon fried
  • 50 g Avocado Sliced
  • 60 g Baby Spinach


  • Cook the egg and bacon to your liking.
  • Meanwhile warm wrap in microwave. Spread baby spinach leaves and avocado slices on wrap, place cooked egg and bacon on top, wrap up tight and enjoy on the go.
