Ingredients

  • 1 Empower Foods Low Carb Wrap
  • 1 Egg (fried or poached)
  • 1 Slice bacon (fried)
  • 50 g Avocado sliced
  • 60 g Baby Spinach Leaves

Instructions

  • Cook the egg and bacon to your liking.
  • Meanwhile warm wrap in microwave. Spread baby spinach leaves and avocado slices on wrap, place cooked egg and bacon on top, wrap up tight and enjoy on the go.
