 1 Empower Foods Low Carb WrapEmpower foods can be purchased from health food stores.
 1 Egg (fried or poached)
 1 Slice bacon (fried)
 50 g Avocado sliced
 60 g Baby Spinach Leaves

Cook the egg and bacon to your liking.

Meanwhile warm wrap in microwave.
Spread baby spinach leaves and avocado slices on wrap, place cooked egg and bacon on top, wrap up tight and enjoy on the go.
