Chicken Fajita Wrap

  • 360 g Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
  • 240 g Red Capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 240 g Green Capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mild Mexican Seasoning
  • 180 g Cheddar cheese
  • 6 Empower Foods Power Wraps


  • 360 g Lettuce, Shredded
  • 90 g Sour Cream
  • 120 g Sliced Black Olives


  • Place chicken, capsicum, soy sauce and Mexican seasoning in a large frying pan and cook over medium heat until chicken is just cooked through.
  • Place equal amounts of the chicken mixture across the centre of the 6 Power Wraps.
  • Roll up the wraps and place seam side down on an microwave-safe serving plate, sprinkle with tasty cheese and microwave for around 1 minute, or until cheese has melted.
  • Top with lettuce, sour cream and sliced black olives and serve.
