Ingredients

  • 70 g Avocado
  • 1 slices Bacon
  • 25 g Capsicum
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 10 g Red Onions
  • 2 g Salt and Pepper (to season)

Instructions

  • 1. Hard boil both eggs in boiling water for 4-6mins depending on how you like them cooked.
  • 2. While egg is boiling, cook bacon on a non-stick pan until crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then chop into pieces.
  • 3. Chop avocado, capsicum, red onion.
  • 4. Add all ingredients into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
