 1 cup Empowe Foods FibreX Breakfast CerealNOTE: Empower Foods available from Health Food Stores
 60 g Grated Tasty Cheese
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
 2 tsp Dried Chopped Chives
 1 pinch Lite Salt
 2 Eggs
 50 g Cream
 ½ cup Water

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease muffin tray lightly with oil or cooking spray.

Place FibreX, cheese, baking powder, onion flakes, chives and lite salt into a mixing bowl and mix well.

Add eggs, cream and water, mix well and pour mixture into muffin tray.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until top has set. Allow muffins to cool in tray.
