- 1 cup Empower Foods, FibreX Breakfast Cereal
- 60 g Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 tsp Dried Chopped Chives
- 1 pinch Lite Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Cream
- 1/2 cup Water
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease muffin tray lightly with oil or cooking spray.
- Place FibreX, cheese, baking powder, onion flakes, chives and lite salt into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add eggs, cream and water, mix well and pour mixture into muffin tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until top has set. Allow muffins to cool in tray.
