- Empower Foods, FibreX Breakfast Cereal
- 30 g Cheddar cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick fry pan and add mixture, forming a round flat pancake.
- Cook mixture a few minutes each side until golden brown.
- Tasty Tip: Serve pancakes with a dollop (15g) of sour cream. (add extra carb value, 1 carb)
