Ingredients

  • 30 g Cheese (Feta)
  • 20 g Green Capsicum
  • 40 g Lebanese cucumber
  • 20 g Olives Kalamata
  • 5 g Oregano (to garnish)
  • 20 g Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 60 g Tomato (cut into small wedges)

Instructions

  • 1. Cut tomato, cucumber, capsicum, red onion and pit olives if needed.
  • 2. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Crumble feta cheese on top and garnish with oregano.
