Ingredients
- 30 g Cheese (Feta)
- 20 g Green Capsicum
- 40 g Lebanese cucumber
- 20 g Olives Kalamata
- 5 g Oregano (to garnish)
- 20 g Red Onion (finely chopped)
- 60 g Tomato (cut into small wedges)
Instructions
- 1. Cut tomato, cucumber, capsicum, red onion and pit olives if needed.
- 2. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Crumble feta cheese on top and garnish with oregano.
