  • 120 g Chicken breast
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Black pepper
  • 30 g Sesame seeds
  • 5 ml Soy sauce salt reduced
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 60 g Mixed Salad Leaves


  • Place all ingredients (except chicken) in a dish and mix together.
  • Make a few slits in the chicken breast to absorb the marinade, place chicken in the marinade and marinade for a few hours
  • Grill chicken until cooked through.
  • Serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves.
