  • 50 g Avocado, Mashed
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 60 g Tomato, Chopped Finely
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend together with a blender or fork.
  • Enjoy with ""salad sticks"" - celery carrot, zucchini, cucumber, etc. (add extra carb value)
