- 2 cup Water
- 60 g Chicken Breast Sliced Thinly
- 1 Ultra Lite Chicken Sachet
- 50 g Carrot Diced
- 50 g Celery Diced
- 50 g Cauliflower Cut into Florets
- 60 g Zucchini Diced
- 60 g Snow Peas Sliced
- 20 g Spring Onion Sliced
- Combine water and chicken sachet in a saucepan, bring to boil.
- Add the chicken, carrot, celery, cauliflower and zucchini return to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Lastly, add snow peas and spring onion and stir to combine a few minutes and serve.
