Ingredients

  • 50 g Celery (diced)
  • 40 g Green Capsicum (diced)
  • 40 g Onions (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 40 g Tomato (diced)
  • 1 whole Ultra Lite Chicken Sachet (or beef sachet)
  • 600 ml Water
  • 60 g Zucchini (diced)

Instructions

  • 1. Put all diced vegetables into a saucepan with 600ml (2 ½ cups) water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
  • 2. Add sachet and simmer for another 10 minutes.
