Keto Cream Cheese Brownie

These fudgy and delicious keto brownies are perfect for the late night snack when those chocolate cravings hit!

  • 10 tbsp Cocoa powder or 4 tbsp raw cacao and 4 tbsp cocoa
  • ¾ cup Almond meal or almond flour
  • 125 g Butter unsalted
  • cup Stevia, erythritol or monk fruit granulated
  • 2 Eggs large

Cream cheese layer

  • 225 g Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Stevia, erythritol or monk fruit granulated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Eggs large


  • Preheat oven to 180ºC (350°F). Then Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 


  • In a small bowl combine the almond flour and cocoa powder. 
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the butter and sweetener until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add the eggs and beat until well combined, Then add in the almond flour mixture and beat until smooth. 
  • Pour 2/3 of the batter into the prepared pan.

Cream cheese layer

  • To make the cream cheese layer, in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the cream cheese and sweetener until creamy. 
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  • Take the reserved brownie batter and drop over cream cheese layer. (warm batter in microwave for 10-20 seconds if needed to make it more runny) *You can use melted sugar-free choc chips if you prefer.
  • Use a knife to swirl brownie batter and cream cheese mixture together.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the centre is just set and still jiggly. 
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. 
  • Refrigerate for minimum 4 hours before serving.
