Ingredients
- 1 slice Bacon (chopped finely)
- 40 g Cucumber
- 60 g Lettuce
- 25 g Peas
Dressing
- 30 ml Cream
- 30 g Sour Cream
- 0.50 tsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- 1. Cook peas, drain well and cool. Set aside.
- 2. Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Set aside.
- 3. Place layers of lettuce, peas and cucumber in a mason jar.
- 4. Make the dressing by combining the cream, sour cream and dijon mustard together. Pour dressing over salad.
- 5. Sprinkle bacon over salad to serve.
