Ingredients

  • 1 slice Bacon (chopped finely)
  • 40 g Cucumber
  • 60 g Lettuce
  • 25 g Peas

Dressing

  • 30 ml Cream
  • 30 g Sour Cream
  • 0.50 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • 1. Cook peas, drain well and cool. Set aside.
  • 2. Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Set aside.
  • 3. Place layers of lettuce, peas and cucumber in a mason jar.
  • 4. Make the dressing by combining the cream, sour cream and dijon mustard together. Pour dressing over salad.
  • 5. Sprinkle bacon over salad to serve.
