Ingredients

  • 75 g Rockmelon
  • 50 g Strawberries
  • 1 sachets Ultra Lite strawberry sachet (or banana or vanilla or chocolate)
  • 100 g Yoghurt (Plain)

Instructions

  • 1. Chop up rockmelon into bite-sized pieces, and strawberries into quarters. Place in a breakfast bowl.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and flavour choice of Ultra Lite sachet together.
  • 3. Spoon yoghurt sachet mix on top of fruit, and add your chosen toppings. *see notes*
