  • 1 1/2 cup Empower Foods, FibreX Breakfast Cereal
  • 75 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • 2 tsp Dried Copped Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Lite Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Water


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Mix together dry ingredients, add eggs and water, mix well.
  • Pour into a well-greased 11cm x 21cm loaf tin. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until top has set.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing.
