Ingredients
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 75 g Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tsp Chives (dried chopped)
- 3 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1.50 cups Empower Foods, FibreX Breakfast Cereal
- 0.50 tsp Lite Salt
- 0.50 cup Water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2. Mix together dry ingredients, add eggs and water, mix well.
- 3. Pour into a well-greased 11cm x 21cm loaf tin. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until top has set.
- 4. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
