- 1 1/2 cup Empower Foods, FibreX Breakfast Cereal
- 75 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 tsp Dried Copped Chives
- 1/2 tsp Lite Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Water
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together dry ingredients, add eggs and water, mix well.
- Pour into a well-greased 11cm x 21cm loaf tin. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until top has set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
