Fresh Vegetables are not only able to provide you with nutrients, you can also freeze many vegetables so they last longer, while keeping their nutrients.
Purchasing vegetables and storing these in your fridge or freezer is a great way to keep healthy and ensure your family is eating nutrient rich foods.
