Ingredients

  • 50 g Avocado
  • 60 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 slices Bacon (fried)
  • 1 whole Egg (fried or poached)
  • 1 whole Low Carb Wrap
  • 2 g Salt and Pepper (to season)

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the egg and bacon to your liking.
  • 2. Warm wrap in microwave for 20 seconds.
  • 3. Spread baby spinach leaves and avocado slices on wrap. Place cooked egg and bacon on top, season with salt and pepper. Wrap up tight and enjoy.
