Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Carrots (chopped)
- 240 g Chicken Breast (diced)
- 40 g Onions (chopped)
- 80 g Pumpkin (chopped)
- 2 g Salt and Pepper (to season)
- 1 whole Ultra Lite Chicken Sachet (Or Chicken Stock Cube)
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- 2. Melt butter in a saucepan or pan. Add chicken for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan/pan (including chicken sachet/stock) and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and stir through water, bake covered for 45mins, checking every 20 minutes to see if more water is needed.
