Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Carrots (chopped)
  • 240 g Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 40 g Onions (chopped)
  • 80 g Pumpkin (chopped)
  • 2 g Salt and Pepper (to season)
  • 1 whole Ultra Lite Chicken Sachet (Or Chicken Stock Cube)
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • 2. Melt butter in a saucepan or pan. Add chicken for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan/pan (including chicken sachet/stock) and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish and stir through water, bake covered for 45mins, checking every 20 minutes to see if more water is needed.
